Torbjörn Appehl is CEO of LOAD System AB and one of Scandinavia’s most recognized voices in the IBM Power ecosystem. A multi-year IBM Champion and Vice President of COMMON Europe, Torbjörn brings over 25 years of hands-on experience with IBM Power and IBM i platforms — from hardware specialist roots at IBM to strategic leadership roles across the Nordic region. As founder of Built on Power and IBMiCompetence.com, he has made it his mission to build knowledge and community around IBM’s platform. At LOAD, he leads a team dedicated to helping organizations maximize the value of IBM infrastructure investments, with a particular focus on IBM Power, IBM i, and the opportunities these platforms unlock in an AI-driven world.

Stefan Blom
CEO, Bloom IT
Stefan Blom is founder of Bloom IT Development, where he helps mid-size and large organizations succeed with IT transformation through his proprietary Bloom Framework™ — a methodology that combines behavioral science with IT strategy to drive real adoption and measurable ROI. With a background spanning Red Hat specialist sales at Atea, business development at Piros, and over two decades in sales and leadership roles, Stefan brings a uniquely human-centered perspective to technology change. He works with partners including IBM, Red Hat, and LOAD to help organizations tackle platform transitions, compliance challenges, and cloud complexity — ensuring that IT investments land as business value, not just new hardware.

Jakob Brandel
Director and Head of Sales Engineering EMEA at EDB
Jakob Brandel is Director and Head of Sales Engineering EMEA at EDB, leading technical sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for enterprise Postgres AI adoption. With over 25 years in data management and analytics, he has held senior Sales Engineering leadership roles at Snowflake, Hitachi Vantara, and Informatica, and holds degrees from Stockholm School of Economics and KTH. Jakob is passionate about helping organizations turn data platform investments into real business outcomes — and bringing that lens to the world of AI infrastructure.

Arshad Mehrab Memon
Senior Solutions Architect, SUSE
Arshad Mehrab Memon is Senior Solutions Architect at SUSE, where he helps organizations across the Nordics align their IT strategies with modern open-source solutions spanning Enterprise Linux, container management, edge computing, AI, and virtualization. With a career built at the intersection of deep technical expertise and customer-facing roles, Arshad has held positions at F5, PacketFront Software, and Tilgin, giving him broad experience across networking, application delivery, and platform architecture. He holds a Master’s degree in Internetworking from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Mathias Pedersen
Sales Manager, IBM Technology
Mathias Pedersen is Sales Manager for IBM Technology at IBM North Region, where he leads infrastructure sales across the Nordic market. With over 20 years at IBM, Mathias has held roles spanning storage hardware, software client leadership, enterprise sales, and country management — giving him a uniquely broad perspective on how IBM technology creates business value. He has deep experience helping Swedish and Nordic organizations navigate complex infrastructure decisions, most recently as Country Manager for IBM Systems. Mathias brings both strategic vision and hands-on sales expertise to every conversation about IBM Power and the opportunities it unlocks.
